Il en ressort un large consensus, le langage clair cr\u00e9e du plaisir et de la confiance.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff291e;\">Entretien avec\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ff291e;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/marie-elise-georgelin-4836a842\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Marie-Elise Georgelin<\/strong><\/a>, Chef de produit Langage \u2013 Experte et formatrice Langage clair<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le langage clair fait parler de lui, racontez-nous\u00a0:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Effectivement, le 11 octobre dernier la Harvard Business Review a publi\u00e9 un long article sur le langage clair. Cette revue, \u00e9dit\u00e9e par la prestigieuse universit\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine depuis pr\u00e8s de 30 ans, a recens\u00e9 une dizaine d\u2019\u00e9tudes, en grande partie universitaires, men\u00e9es aux \u00c9tats-Unis et en Europe, sur l\u2019impact du langage clair sur la communication financi\u00e8re, et plus particuli\u00e8rement aupr\u00e8s des investisseurs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019article fait ressortir un large consensus autour de deux points cl\u00e9s. Le premier, le langage clair attire le lecteur, lui apporte une v\u00e9ritable envie de lire. La preuve\u00a0? Les neurosciences ont montr\u00e9 que le cerveau humain produit de la dopamine, un neurotransmetteur qui provoque la sensation de plaisir et qui peut avoir un r\u00f4le dans la r\u00e9gulation de la cognition, de la m\u00e9moire, de l\u2019apprentissage. Second point cl\u00e9, plus empirique celui-ci, le langage clair cr\u00e9e de la confiance.<\/p>\n<p>On retrouve ici les principaux enseignements de l\u2019\u00e9tude\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.labrador-transparency.com\/etudes-publications\/etude-sur-lefficacite-du-langage-clair\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Labrador-BVA \u00ab L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du Langage Clair, la preuve par les chiffres \u00bb<\/a>\u00a0parue le 30 janvier 2020. Tous les indicateurs mesur\u00e9s d\u00e9montraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 que le Langage clair d\u00e9multiplie la performance d\u2019une communication.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00ab Ne pas communiquer en langage clair entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts cach\u00e9s \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le langage clair a un co\u00fbt<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le langage clair est un investissement. Il demande du temps, de la formation, de l\u2019accompagnement, mais le retour sur investissement est imm\u00e9diat. Les investisseurs et actionnaires sont s\u00e9duits par le langage clair. Il en va de m\u00eame d\u2019ailleurs pour l\u2019ensemble des parties prenantes. Il permet d\u2019enclencher une dynamique de confiance. Ne pas communiquer en langage clair entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts cach\u00e9s, avec des demandes de compl\u00e9ments d\u2019information ou des risques de mauvaise interpr\u00e9tation ou compr\u00e9hension. Voire m\u00eame un rejet pur et simple de la part des lecteurs. Cela peut aussi s\u2019interpr\u00e9ter comme une volont\u00e9 de cacher des informations et ou de perdre ses lecteurs.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00ab Les administrations s\u2019y mettent, tout comme les entreprises dans leur communication \u00e0 leurs clients \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>O\u00f9 en est la r\u00e9glementation dans ce domaine\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La SEC a publi\u00e9 en 1998 un guide de langage clair et le Congr\u00e8s am\u00e9ricain a adopt\u00e9 en 2010 le Plain Writing Act qui impose aux agences f\u00e9d\u00e9rales de communiquer clairement. La Nouvelle Z\u00e9lande a adopt\u00e9 le mois dernier un projet de loi qui oblige le gouvernement et les administrations \u00e0 utiliser un langage\u00a0simple et compr\u00e9hensible quand ils s\u2019adressent aux citoyens. On le voit, le sujet progresse et d\u00e9passe la communication financi\u00e8re. Les administrations s\u2019y mettent et m\u00eame les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dans l\u2019information qu\u2019elles d\u00e9livrent \u00e0 leurs clients. Si si, nous aurons bient\u00f4t des contrats d\u2019assurance lisibles et compr\u00e9hensibles\u00a0!
