Derni\u00e8res pratiques de march\u00e9, principales \u00e9volutions de ce document publi\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui par pr\u00e8s de 50 % du SBF 120, le point en avant-premi\u00e8re.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff291e;\"><strong>Entretien avec\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ff291e;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/sandrinelherminier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sandrine L\u2019Herminier<\/a>, Directrice Conseil en RSE chez Labrador<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Que vous inspire cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude sur les Rapports int\u00e9gr\u00e9s\u00a0?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude montre qu\u2019au milieu d\u2019une multitude de rapports experts (Climat, RSE, Impacts, Mission, \u2026), le Rapport int\u00e9gr\u00e9 a plus que jamais toute sa raison d\u2019\u00eatre. C\u2019est en effet LE document qui prend de la hauteur, du recul, et qui pr\u00e9sente une information int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9ssilot\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb et prospective. Le Rapport int\u00e9gr\u00e9 est aujourd\u2019hui le seul support qui pr\u00e9sente le reporting et les actions de l\u2019entreprise dans sa globalit\u00e9 en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des exigences de clart\u00e9 et de transparence. Il vient expliquer, cr\u00e9dibiliser et l\u00e9gitimer le discours de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Bonne pratique\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0Pr\u00e9senter des informations prospectives avec des objectifs chiffr\u00e9s moyen et long termes. Mais plus encore, indiquer les actions, les initiatives, les investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s au cours de l\u2019exercice qui contribuent \u00e0 la bonne r\u00e9alisation de la feuille de route\u00a0! On pourrait m\u00eame imaginer la mise en avant de points de progr\u00e8s.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Avez-vous justement relev\u00e9 d\u2019autres \u00e9volutions dans cette \u00e9tude\u00a0?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oh oui\u00a0!\u00a0 En premier lieu, sur la gouvernance \u00e9largie. Nous le voyons bien, les parties prenantes (internes comme externes) nourrissent aujourd\u2019hui le discours strat\u00e9gique de l\u2019entreprise. Cette tendance de fond s\u2019observe \u00e0 travers la prise en compte de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me dans les business models, la r\u00e9alisation de matrices de mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 et surtout par la mont\u00e9e des comit\u00e9s de parties prenantes dans les organisations (16 % cette ann\u00e9e contre 8 % en 2021). Un exercice d\u2019ailleurs impos\u00e9 pour les entreprises \u00e0 mission.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Bonne pratique\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00c9tablir un cadre commun avec ses parties prenantes pour acter la transformation et prouver son utilit\u00e9. Pr\u00e9senter le comit\u00e9 des parties prenantes au m\u00eame niveau que le Comex en d\u00e9taillant son r\u00f4le et les missions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au cours de l\u2019exercice.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Seconde \u00e9volution, et je ne surprendrais personne, la mont\u00e9e du risque climat dans notre \u00e9tude. Elle se fait, notamment, sous l\u2019impulsion des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9glementations comme la taxonomie aujourd\u2019hui et la CSRD demain. Les pr\u00e9sentations, tr\u00e8s attendues, des plans de transition, des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre sur les trois scopes, de la r\u00e9silience au risque climat et des moyens mis en \u0153uvre permettant aux \u00e9quipes de s\u2019approprier le sujet, ont toute leur place dans les Rapports int\u00e9gr\u00e9s (96 % des documents consacrent une partie au changement climatique).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Bonne pratique\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0Communiquer clairement sur les moyens et les ressources mis en \u0153uvre pour financer le plan de transition.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Et si vous aviez un axe de progr\u00e8s et un point de vigilance ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019axe de progr\u00e8s serait de faire preuve de plus de transparence et de p\u00e9dagogie sur l\u2019\u00e9rosion de valeur et les externalit\u00e9s n\u00e9gatives de l\u2019entreprise. La destruction de valeur recouvre des sujets aussi vari\u00e9s que la perte de biodiversit\u00e9, le poids des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, la production de d\u00e9chets, la consommation d\u2019eau, mais \u00e9galement la gestion du stress, ou encore le d\u00e9sengagement des collaborateurs\u2026 Les entreprises sont peu nombreuses \u00e0 communiquer clairement autour de l\u2019impact de ces sujets sur leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9server et cr\u00e9er de la valeur ou sur les investissements mis en place pour r\u00e9duire ces risques. C\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019une des nouvelles recommandations de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.integratedreporting.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019IIRC<\/a>* mais seules 2 % d\u2019entre elles ont \u00e9voqu\u00e9, par exemple, l\u2019\u00e9rosion de la valeur.<\/p>\n<p>Le point de vigilance que je retiendrais concerne l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs qui devra prendre une place plus importante dans les prochains Rapports int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. M\u00eame\u00a0si nous sommes loin de la \u00ab\u00a0grande d\u00e9mission\u00a0\u00bb observ\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment aux \u00c9tats-Unis (50 millions de salari\u00e9s ont quitt\u00e9 leur poste en 2021), la France a vu 1 million de salari\u00e9s abandonner leur CDI ces six derniers mois. Avec le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et un taux de ch\u00f4mage relativement bas, les collaborateurs, \u00e0 commencer par les plus jeunes, sont devenus plus exigeants et opportunistes. Ce sujet de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 d\u00e9passe le seul cadre des ressources humaines. Il est d\u00e9sormais strat\u00e9gique.
