Pourquoi ce livre maintenant&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un peu partout, il se lit que les entreprises transforment leurs <em>business models<\/em> sur fond de <strong>durabilit\u00e9.<\/strong> \u00c0 y regarder de plus pr\u00e8s, les fameuses transformations sont \u00e0 la marge, juste de fa\u00e7ade. Il n\u2019y a pas de transformation en profondeur, pas vraiment de cr\u00e9ation de valeur sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises ne s\u2019interrogent pas suffisamment sur la compatibilit\u00e9 de leurs mod\u00e8les avec les limites plan\u00e9taires. Elles devraient pourtant int\u00e9grer cette notion de limites dans leur cahier des charges, ce qui va bien au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une <strong>approche RSE \/ ESG<\/strong> et des postures prudentes qui \u00e9vitent de remettre en cause l\u2019organisation, sa culture ou ses modes de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La RSE s\u2019attaque aux externalit\u00e9s n\u00e9gatives sans remettre en cause les composantes fondamentales des activit\u00e9s et m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019entreprise. \u00ab Faire de l\u2019impact \u00bb ne consiste pas tant \u00e0 faire de nouveaux produits ou services \u00ab \u00e0 impact \u00bb, mais \u00e0 faire diff\u00e9remment. En transformant le business model pour que les produits ou services donn\u00e9s soient v\u00e9ritablement porteurs d\u2019impact dans toutes ces dimensions. Exit la RSE en silo. Elle doit faire partie int\u00e9grante de la strat\u00e9gie, des m\u00e9tiers, des parcours collaborateurs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>L\u2019entreprise doit se transformer en profondeur, revoir son logiciel de pens\u00e9e, ses fondamentaux<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enjeu pour les entreprises est de \u00ab&nbsp;cracker leur code source&nbsp;\u00bb, ce qui implique une v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9volution strat\u00e9gique et manag\u00e9riale. Car nous sommes aujourd\u2019hui face \u00e0 de nouvelles formes de raret\u00e9 que nous devons apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer collectivement. L\u2019entreprise est un acteur cl\u00e9 de cette transformation globale aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s notamment des pouvoirs publics et des citoyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>La CSRD arrive \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9 \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est un fait. D\u2019autant que presque toutes les entreprises vont devoir s\u2019y mettre&nbsp;! La <strong>CSRD<\/strong> interroge les strat\u00e9gies de durabilit\u00e9, c\u2019est un frein au <em>greenwashing<\/em>. Toutefois, cette directive demeure plus cibl\u00e9e, plus orient\u00e9e sur les risques que sur les solutions que pourraient apporter les entreprises \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. C\u2019est une norme de transparence, mais pas de comportement. Pour se transformer en profondeur l\u2019entreprise doit aussi changer son logiciel de pens\u00e9e, revoir ses fondamentaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Quelques pistes concr\u00e8tes pour faire \u00e9voluer son business model<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Quelles sont les grandes \u00e9tapes pour faire \u00e9voluer son business model&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je les d\u00e9veloppe dans mon livre mais je peux vous en citer quelques-unes. Chaque entreprise pourrait par exemple revisiter son portefeuille produits \u00e0 partir de sa raison d\u2019\u00eatre. Est-ce que je r\u00e9ponds aux besoins essentiels de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;? Si je ne peux pas r\u00e9duire les externalit\u00e9s n\u00e9gatives, dois-je conserver cette activit\u00e9&nbsp;? Il s\u2019agit au final de r\u00e9orienter ses investissements, ses programmes de R&amp;D, ses acquisitions et cessions \u00e0 partir de cette boussole strat\u00e9gique. La question de l\u2019ajustement et du renoncement se pose alors naturellement, mais aussi celle des opportunit\u00e9s et des relais de croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De mani\u00e8re plus concr\u00e8te, l\u2019entreprise peut s\u2019interdire le lancement de produits pas ou peu utiles ou dont l\u2019analyse du cycle de vie n\u2019est pas meilleure que la gamme existante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Renoncement ET nouvelles sources de revenus<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle peut \u00e9galement remplacer la croissance en volume par la croissance en valeur et aller ainsi vers un mod\u00e8le plus sobre et moins \u00e9metteur en carbone. Elle peut troquer le \u00ab&nbsp;toujours plus&nbsp;\u00bb pour le \u00ab&nbsp;plus essentiel&nbsp;\u00bb. Revoir son <em>business model<\/em> demande du temps, de l\u2019audace et de la constance pour faire bouger les lignes&nbsp;: inciter ses clients \u00e0 consommer autrement, vendre diff\u00e9remment&nbsp;(de la r\u00e9paration, du r\u00e9emploi, \u2026), tester de nouveaux usages pour aller chercher de nouvelles sources de revenus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Cela peut se faire tout seul&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non. Pour engager la <strong>transformation<\/strong> et changer d\u2019\u00e9chelle l\u2019entreprise ne peut plus agir de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e. Il y a tout un travail collectif \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. Il faut savoir tirer parti des partenariats publics et priv\u00e9s, interagir avec son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, y compris ses concurrents, raisonner en strat\u00e9gies de fili\u00e8res et s\u2019engager sur l\u2019\u00e9cologie industrielle dans les territoires. Il y a des boucles vertueuses \u00e0 cr\u00e9er autour d\u2019objectifs partag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transformation et embarquer le plus grand nombre de collaborateurs, l\u2019entreprise pourrait aussi mettre en place des comit\u00e9s de transition. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire identifier en interne les salari\u00e9s \u00ab&nbsp;activistes&nbsp;\u00bb qui vont impulser le changement, faire changer les comportements \u00e0 travers des \u00ab&nbsp;comit\u00e9s commandos&nbsp;\u00bb dot\u00e9s d\u2019un vrai budget et assur\u00e9s d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable libert\u00e9 de ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Comment pousser plus loin le r\u00e9cit de la transformation et aller au-del\u00e0 du <em>corporate<\/em> convenu, notamment dans les DEU et rapports int\u00e9gr\u00e9s&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le constat de d\u00e9part&nbsp;est simple. Rien n\u2019a vraiment chang\u00e9 dans le discours des entreprises. Toutes les pr\u00e9sentations \u00ab&nbsp;corporate&nbsp;\u00bb sont identiques. Pour le <strong>climat<\/strong> par exemple, les entreprises s\u2019appuient sur un discours scientifique et technique souvent alarmiste qui ne fait pas franchement r\u00eaver et qui ne cr\u00e9e pas l\u2019adh\u00e9sion. Pour que la transformation infuse en interne et plus globalement aupr\u00e8s de toutes les parties prenantes, il faut revoir le narratif&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire passer de nouveaux messages qui racontent la transition avec de vraies histoires, du concret, qui donnent du sens \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie, qui valorisent son utilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale. Ces nouveaux r\u00e9cits ne doivent plus se focaliser sur le risque, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, ils doivent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du d\u00e9sir et de la <strong>confiance<\/strong>. Il faut arr\u00eater de se faire peur et changer notre lexique pour apporter du d\u00e9sir autour de ce futur \u00e0 inventer et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er collectivement.
